Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Cancellation requests received on or before March 9, 2012 will be eligible for a half refund minus a processing surcharge.

Written cancellations received after that date will not be eligible for a refund.

Registrations may be transferred to other individuals.

If you do not hold a U.S. passport or if you are not from a visa-waiver country, please contact the nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate in your area at your earliest convenience in order to schedule an interview for a visa. ATA cannot provide assistance concerning visa procurement. The decision to grant a visa is at the sole discretion of the U.S. embassy in your country.
